• Post projects and let the contractors contact you. Describe your project and choose the date on which you want to have the project bid by. Include a budget if you like.
• Locate Contractors and make contact with them by phone or email and ask them to view your posted project
• Check on a Contractor's license to verify with the State Department
• View articles regarding "What your Contractor should have in addition to a great resume and referrals." Read or contact our insurance specialist and view what types of insurance your Contractor should have to protect you.
• Rate your experience with the Contractor for other to see.

CONTRACTORS

• Create a Company profile for Consumers and other Business's to see
• Include a large number of "keywords" that describe your services and that help others to find you using your very own, modifiable keywords.

• Post your project for the subs to see. Think about it, for the small contractor, do you like getting home in the evenings to start making calls out to find sub-contractors to entertain a bid? With just the basic subscription you will be able to self-define your projects, unlimited, and let you regular subs know how you are now going to post up-and-coming project.
