iii Link to Government licensing agencies easily to lookup the validity of a prospective contractor license and search for information on file with Government Agencies,
iv Read about "What you should know before you hire a contractor" (hyperlinked to area on page with text area for me to complete)
v View your Contractors profile in depth according to information included in their profile to see what other service(s)  they provide,
vi View information regarding certain types of insurance and see if the contractor is willing to name you as "Additionally insured."
vii Free, post a project to have contractors contact you and bid on work you need to have done (submission of plans is only available in premium subscription listing)
