4. Five Star rating: The Star rating system is voluntary from any user to the site and is a voluntary reporting scenario. There is no "negative" rating of opinion provided by this site. No thumbs up or down. We do reserve the right to investigate any complaint brought before us about a contractor if we deem in our opinion that an investigated claim from a State Agency, Court system or other source has concluded a wrongful doing to a Consumer, the we shall at our own discretion "Ban" the Profile from our site for the period of approximately one year.
